To Reserve Your Room or Suite:

We require a minimum 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay prior to your arrival, in order to reserve your room/s or suite/s. Payment may be made through bank deposit, cheque or PayPal (secure online payment). Please contact us when you are ready to book.

Upon Arrival

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you will be checking-in after 5:00 p.m. please inform us ahead of time.
A guest must be 18 years of age in order to register at check-in, thus you are required to present government issued ID at the time of check-in.
A CASH security deposit is required to cover possible damage or loss of the contents of your room or suite; this includes furniture, linens, ceramic-ware, etc. The amount of the deposit ranges between $40 to $100 US for a typical rental (it is based on the type of room/suite rented, length of stay and number of occupants). Long-term stays are usually 50% of 1-month's rent. This deposit is happily returned in full, if everything is in order upon inspection of the unit at the time of your departure.
